BHU campus is 30 km away from Varanasi airport and 6 km away from the railway station. Upon arrival, participants are requested to approach the reception desk at the airport for onward journey to the venue. This arrangement will be made as per the arrival details provided by the participants in the annual meeting link which had been provided to you by the Academy. LOC will provide pooled drop-off facility to participants to airport during and after the meeting. Participants are requested to provide departure details at the travel counter at the meeting venue or update the travel plan in the annual meeting link provided to you. Please note that one has to keep practically two hours’ time window to board a flight from Varanasi airport./p>
The Academy will extend travel fare reimbursement as per its norms. All participants are requested to fill in TA claim form available at the TA claim desk at the meeting venue. All claims must be supported with original pay receipts/invoice and boarding pass. The Academy will reimburse the travel claims over NEFT/RTGS.
